Walking into the coffee shop, it's packed with the usual morning rush, I see my order already printed out - but they've put my name down for two lattes when I only asked for one. Why did they bother putting my name next to two drinks if they're just going to get it wrong? It's the simple mistakes like this that add 5 minutes to my already frazzled morning.
