People still can't grasp basic social cues even in a world where smartphones are our only social interaction anymore. I ordered my coffee online and the barista got my name wrong when trying to scan the pickup number on their little machine. Then the line starts inching forward because apparently everyone wants a free upgrade to a grande now too.
