Coffee shop chaos. Orders are shouted at the barista, who's barely keeping up. My simple order is messed up because I asked for no foam, but that's all I had. The worker is frazzled and my drink is handed over incorrectly. When I point out the mistake, they get defensive, insisting it's exactly like you ordered. Newsflash: I said no foam.
