Driving behind some inconsiderate numbskale who can't even bother to put on a license plate. They're just cruising along like it's no big deal, no problem. Meanwhile, I'm stuck behind them, wasting minutes of gas money and getting increasingly frustrated. What's the point of having a car if you're just gonna use it to block the whole road?
