Still fuming from the coffee shop this afternoon - ordered my usual large black coffee, handed my loyalty card, and to my surprise, they charged me full price. Had a hundred points, would've knocked it off, but some random barista couldn't be bothered to give me a discount. Like I'm a bother to the system or something. Guess loyalty doesn't pay.
