Just got stuck on hold at a customer service number for 20 minutes already and they've been playing the same tinny elevator music that's been looping since the Clinton administration, it's like they think I'm just happy to pass the time this way. Meanwhile I'm trying to plan my day and now I'm already an hour behind schedule.
