Standing in line at Starbucks, trying to make a simple order before my morning bus, I watch as the barista frantically juggles six drinks while the digital display above her reads 'Order Up' for the twelfth time. Meanwhile, I patiently wait, my coffee-growing addiction thwarted once again, as it seems no one bothered informing their staff about our 'order number' system.
