Today I spent an entire hour trying to get my new wallet made, and the stupid factory's 'state-of-the-art' production line kept rejecting my 7-8-2-5 order for custom engravings just because the middle digit was one numeral off in the confirmation email. I mean, what's the point of those advanced security systems when a simple 1 digit mistake takes up an entire morning.
