I'm still fuming about this stupid automated voice message. So I call my bank to pay the electricity bill, and this tinny voice tells me the representative will be helping me in 5-7 minutes. Five to seven minutes turns into 15, then 20. Meanwhile, the hold music plays the same five songs over and over. Now I'm not even getting my call answered after all this time.
