So my coffee shop experience just goes to show even small details matter, but apparently no one told the barista that today. I ordered my usual, and when I pick up my drink, the guy in front of me, who just ordered, hands it back and says they made his coffee black instead of the flavor syrup he requested in a tone that's more entitled than annoyed.
