I walked into the coffee shop and ordered my usual cappuccino, but what really got under my skin was the barista asking me if it was okay that they were out of foam for a second - like, yeah, I care that you're not going to have the one thing you usually top it with. I mean honestly, would it have killed her to say 'we're all out of foam today'?
