I still can't believe that coworker of mine, Mike, took the last of the donuts from the break room without putting up a replacement note. Not even a half-hearted attempt to make it up to everyone, just silence. It's these kinds of small, thoughtless acts that chip away at team morale, you know? The donuts might seem inconsequential but it adds up.
