Today I'm still fuming about this guy behind me in line at 879578, completely oblivious that I needed to get my package by the end of the day. I tell the employee 'I still need it expedited,' but of course he's already scanned our packages, so now we're stuck calling the 1-800 number and waiting forever on hold.
