Just had to refill my gas tank, and as I'm waiting in line, guy behind me decides it's a good time to practice parallel parking in his Tesla next to me - right next to me. Never mind that there are like five available spots all the way down the block. No, he's gotta squeeze himself into this tiny gap where I'm trying to pay and fill up my own car.
