This is what's wrong with modern life - I'm still fuming about last night: I tried to order a decent coffee near my apartment and the automated payment terminal took three attempts, freezing, to accept my chip. Now the barista thinks I'm just slow or it's all my fault.
It's these tiny, inanimate irritants that add up all day, not the person at the end of the transaction who has to deal with them.
