Just spent my Saturday running around dealing with the new 'upgraded' coffee machine at the office. Thing's been nothing but a headache since installation, spewing over counters and wasting beans, but now IT's deemed it fixed. Just had to waste an hour troubleshooting and arguing that yeah, it's still broken when you have to stand on one leg and tap the sides five times.
