So I'm getting to my front door and the key gets stuck one more time in the jammed lock. Now the lock is broken for real, the 4th time in a month, and yet nobody bothered to send a repair service - the automated message just says they'll arrive between 9 and 5 with no guarantee. Guess I'm going back inside to wait.
