Just wasted 10 minutes on hold with the credit card company, my stomach growling every time they cut to recorded voice telling me to be patient. Their automated system can barely decipher my zip code, how are people supposed to navigate their billing system? Now I'll have to reschedule my online groceries order 'cause my card's been flagged, all because they can't get security right.
