Coffee shop line moves at a snail's pace, but I'm not one to judge, except I just spent 5 minutes waiting to order and still got the wrong milk in my large coffee, which wasn't mentioned on the long sign explaining their ridiculous specialty options. Now it's too late to switch out this mediocre latte.
