I got stuck at the automated 7-11 machine trying to buy a coffee, couldn't even get it to recognize my code. Then of course the customer service line has some inane hold music, like I'm not already having the worst morning in the world, just chill out with a catchy tune while I wait. Meanwhile the line behind me is growing longer, just fantastic.
