So you're trying to pick up your dry cleaning, just a normal Wednesday afternoon, right? And they say they've had it ready for 20 minutes, but when you go to pay, it's nowhere to be found. Apparently the staff misplaced the entire shipment. Great job guys, because that's how you get a 'priority' service. Now I'll be lucky to make it to work on time. Just another lovely day.
