Driving back from downtown at 232710 hours, and some genius decided the highway lighting wouldn't come online until sunset, even though we still had hours of natural day light left, but the darkness of dusk and flickering streetlights on side roads really added to the mood. Why do they get to decide how I experience rush hour?
