Today I wasted 17 whole minutes at a checkout trying to get the cashier to use the digital coupon I'd already loaded on my store card. They kept swiping my app to reload it every time, I guess because they couldn't grasp it was on that card. It's just a 50-cent savings, for crying out loud, but now it's all a ridiculous, frustrating exercise in patience.
