I ordered a coffee this morning, and the barista got the size right but not the drink - I asked for a latte, and what I got was a bunch of froth on top of an empty cup. Now I'm standing there waiting, trying to figure out if they're just running a latte-related experiment or if I'm just going insane. The worst part is, I have a meeting in 20 minutes. This is not how I wanted to start my day.
