Walking home from the grocery run and getting caught in the perpetual line at Starbucks for no reason other than the drive-thru is broken again - a guy in front of me just placed a order through the app, gets in line, and then hands the card to the worker and says it's already been paid. Nice. I'm literally already late because of waiting for this.
