I was just at the coffee shop and I asked them to make a simple cold brew, but did they use the wrong water to filter it? Of course they did, had to go and use that cheap-tasting tap water that just ruins the whole flavor profile. Now my carefully planned Sunday afternoons are tainted with subpar coffee. Can't even get basic things right and we wonder why people are so critical of this place.
