Just had to spend 20 minutes on hold with 908056 to resolve a simple billing issue, yet all I got was some automated recording repeating itself over and over while my phone battery drained. What kind of brilliant system is this - it's like they're intentionally trying to make my head spin. Can't even bother hiring a real person to deal with customers.
