I just tried to order at the coffee shop and the cashier had no idea what 853041 was. Not one of those fancy-schmancy product codes, just my loyalty rewards number. We spent two whole minutes explaining that yes, I get a free drink with every 10th purchase, but apparently no one bothered to update the system.
