Tried to get coffee this morning, hit the drive-thru. Told them large, black coffee with room for cream. Come to collect my order, they got it wrong - cream in the cup, no room. What's the point of that? Just laziness. Guess I was supposed to know that's what I wanted - cream all over the place. Not impressed, just annoyed that my 5-minutes just turned into 10.
