Just ordered breakfast from that new coffee shop and the person on phones seems totally lost, tapping their phone repeatedly as customers hover behind them. Finally gets to my turn, takes my order, and then asks if I want cream instead of 'do you take cream.' Still don't know what kind of cream that means but my lack of trust in this place is cemented, guess I'm getting takeout lunch instead.
