Told a barista I'd like my coffee iced and low sugar but ended up with hot and extra sweet. Stood there frozen as she stared at me expectantly. No acknowledgement of mistake, no apologies, just the same bland expression as always. Guess it slipped her mind. Should've checked if she knew I said hot. Just another 952678 number waiting to be repeated with no personal service.
