Coffee shop this morning forgot to put creamer out. I asked the barista, and they said they were still waiting for the delivery guy, who's been stuck in traffic, and now it's been 30 minutes - not just for me, but for the whole shop. People were complaining, employees too - it's just this constant reminder of how things always fall apart.
