I'm still fuming about coffee shop lineups. Today it was the middle one. Three lanes open, people in each one. Suddenly this lone straggler wanders in, takes a look and decides our 7-lane is better. Now it's snaking behind 5 lanes deep. Everyone has to wait longer because of one guy's indecision. Can't even trust a basic system anymore.
