Just tried to order a plain coffee at 853, and the barista gets confused, asks what flavor again, I say no, I want plain coffee, she says okay and proceeds to pour caramel syrup into my cup. I politely ask her to start over, still no apology, just a blank expression. I've been taking the shortcut at that 853, multiple times a week, thinking they've got a system down. Guess not.
