Rant

I was trying to order pizza at 11 PM, but their website timed out on me. Frustrating as it is, it was the fact that they don't even send a confirmation email that's really pissing me off. A simple 'oops, we got your order, but it timed out' goes a long way in rebuilding customer trust. Instead, now I'm left wondering if they got my order at all.
