Just spent 10 minutes at the ATM trying to use the Express option, which is clearly not as express as I think it is if I have to wait to be recognized. Then I get charged my bank fee because I used a different terminal. Because who puts express and $3 fee in the same machine? It all just feels like more wasted time I'll never get back. Why is that even an option?
