Went to order coffee this morning, asked for my usual medium roast, but barista got it wrong for the second time in a row. Swiped my card, she gives me a large iced coffee, tells me it's my drink, not even bothering to ask if that's what I actually wanted. Never mind that the large is $0.75 more, now I'm stuck dealing with this incompetence. Can't a simple coffee order go right for once?
