Walking out of the office, I saw coworkers casually sipping their morning coffee, while mine was still stuck in the break room's ancient single-serve machine, again. It freezes solid after three uses, yet no one seems to report the issue to management. It's the smallest annoyance, yet infuriates me every time – is convenience really too much to ask?
