Rant

Today I finally remembered to pay my water bill on the website but they sent me a notice that I'd already paid it despite having the confirmation email. Now I have to waste my time and morning dealing with customer service to clear things up. Can't even get a simple transaction right. They must have glitched or someone needs training on double-checking.
