Ordering a simple coffee is never simple - just tried to grab one before work and they messed up the size. I asked for a medium and it clearly says medium, but somehow I've got a small. Can't they make a proper cup of coffee without having my ID number memorized and messing with the system? I swear every basic transaction turns into an ordeal.
