Just had to return this sandwich shop order. Ordered the Italian sub but it was actually turkey, on whole wheat instead of my preferred Italian bread, and with no olives like I asked. The 'manager' apologized, handed me the wrong order, and asked if I wanted it fixed. Are they kidding me at 2 PM on a Tuesday? This isn't rocket science.
