Just spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get my phone bill sorted out - I finally manage to get someone on the phone, but they put me on a hold that looped back to the beginning of the hold song at least 4 times before they came back to me. No apologies, no acknowledgement, I just felt completely disposable, it was like I was a nuisance they had to deal with.
