People can't even order a straightforward breakfast without messing it up. I just called 608841 to get a decent croissant delivered and the system kept freezing after entering my code and the lady on the other end can barely hear me even though I'm shouting into the mic right. Now the order's wrong and the guy on hold is taking ages.
