Today I'm supposed to get a confirmation call from someone regarding a scheduled appointment at 916 am at 816888, which incidentally belongs to a restaurant and not a personal number, and they finally get it right but it takes me going through 15 automated menus to realize it, wasted 10 precious minutes.
