I was running errands during my lunch break, had exactly $12.47 for parking and the meter didn't display the time right, it ended up timing out at 9:42 which is 2 dollars short. So I got a ticket for $20. Just another lovely example of how the city prioritizes making a quick buck from parking meters over people's sanity.
