Tapping my phone in frustration, it still rings with the wrong tone from last night's call. Why do carriers still use these out-of-date software updates, anyway? My ringtone is now an earsplitting feedback scream because some 'update to improve call quality'? More like a deliberate sabotage to my sanity. How many complaints do I need to lodge before they actually patch this problem?
