So I'm at the coffee shop, and it's taking forever to get my refill. Some genius lets the lid of their to-go cup pop off as they're walking out the door, spilling the whole cup's worth onto the floor. Meanwhile, the line's not moving. The barista's stuck dealing with the fallout, still on her break, and still trying to get my order right. Now it's just chaos.
