I was at a cash register and the cashier asked to see my receipt for a prior purchase but had me go back to the shelf to retrieve the actual receipt instead of just looking up the information on the company computer which is literally right in front of them. Now I have to rescan the items that weren't in that previous purchase and my coffee is getting cold.
