I'm still fuming about this morning's coffee ritual - ordered a cappuccino, they get the flavor and texture completely wrong, but what really takes the biscuit is they don't even bother to grind the beans in-house anymore. Just repurpose last night's leftover beans. It's basic barista care that's lacking here.
