Rant

This morning, I'm waiting at an ATM and the machine eats my card. Again.

It's literally not my fault for the third time this month but now I have to cancel and get a new card and I don't have the receipt anymore because it went down the recycling bin.
The customer service representative can't verify my account details without it. Stupid, inefficient.
